COVID-19 Testing Support

Health care providers can submit COVID-19 lab test orders and rapid point-of-care test results directly into the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS) using the Mobile Orders and Results Entry (OLIS-MORE) web form.

Individuals will be able to access their own test results through the COVID-19 Patient Results Viewer.

These services are benefiting providers and patients by providing faster results for patients, eliminating manual data entry at labs and significantly reducing the potential for errors.

Organizations and independent practitioners can sign up for  COVID-19 test orders and results submission via the Intake form.
